The object of these works was the urbanization of the land delimited within the Partial Plan of La Ronda in the municipality of Gurb with an approximate surface area of ​​350,00m2.

The main actions are: clearing, earthmoving and paving of the new streets, as well as all those complementary units such as sidewalks, street trees, etc.; the different service networks such as sanitation, public lighting or telecommunications; and the demolition and diversion of all pre-existing units not suitable for the new determinations.
