Growth and well-being: coaching for the Certis Quality, Prevention and After-Sales Department

The quality, prevention and after-sales department team participated in a coaching session, organized by the people department. At Certis, we consider it essential to support our workers, providing them with the necessary tools to manage their daily lives and apply them in their jobs.

The session, led by Josep Moulines, our manager of management and talent development, has been designed to provide concrete tools and resources to face and manage the most demanding situations that arise in various areas within construction, and to learn how to positively influence people.
