Ruiz-Larrea Arquitectura and Certis Constructora have founded ACTIA, a design, manufacturing and assembly company born to occupy a leadership position in the industrialized construction in wood of all kinds of buildings. From its factory, ACTIA offers the market a more effective, faster, safer and totally environmentally friendly comprehensive design and construction system, as demanded by private developers and public administrations.

The know-how of both companies is now transferred to ACTIA, an industrial company dedicated to the construction of homes, offices, residences, retail spaces and all kinds of social and sports facilities. These professionals have created the “ACTIA system”, the only comprehensive solution that covers the entire construction cycle, from design, calculations and the necessary projects to the offsite production of each component (structures, slabs, facades and roofs), going through the transport, the assembly and the integration of facilities (industrialized kitchens and bathrooms), the finishes and the interior/exterior coverings. NEW FACTORY IN ARAGÓ
ACTIA will provide its services throughout the national territory from an innovative 16,000 m² production plant located in Aragon. This technologically advanced factory equipped with high performance industrial machinery has already started working on the brand’s first projects, which will soon be made public.
The location of the factory, close to Zaragoza, responds both to the ease of access to production materials and to the high logistical, distribution and transport capacity offered by the communication routes of the Aragonese community. In this way, ACTIA has found maximum operational efficiency without neglecting its commitment to the growth of Spain’s new industrial and logistics hubs.
